GIEL uses a workshop format for training with the focus on immediate application. GIEL personnel and partners have over 30 years combined experience in developing and delivering training in corporate, online and educational contexts. Our goal in training is alignment between our content and your needs, using the most effective teaching tools and techniques.
GIEL can deliver workshops on site or at a GIEL Training Facility. Times are also flexible. Workshops are normally 2-4 hours but can be adapted to any organizational need. We also offer one hour "lunch and learn" sessions.
GIEL's philosophy is to Train the Trainer as much as possible so that organizations can deliver their own courses as quickly as possible. GIEL also wants to encourage Associates to start their own GIEL centers throughout the world.
CONSULTING
GIEL can provide coaching for individuals and/or the leadership team. This allows for passing on best practices on building a productive culture in a one-on-one or small group setting.
